I recommend Sophie Respaud and S’Installer à Rome in the strongest of terms. In an extremely tight rental market, Sophie not only helped us to find a fabulous villa, but also managed to negotiate a 20% reduction in the rental amount! She was there to guide us at every step, not only for the rental contract, but also for setting up accounts for gas, electricity, water, our declaration of residency, etc. etc.

Giulia and Sophie run a well oiled machine. Through S’installer à Rome, Giulia has been an incredible support, practical guide and reliable source of solid information about the documents I have needed to navigate Italian bureaucracy stress-free. She completed paperwork on my behalf, responded immediately to email and provided very clear instructions for me. Best of all, she accompanied me to appointments where she advocated and spoke on my behalf, and translated where appropriate. She even saved me very early mornings by arriving early to hold our spot in line.
